Evening geofag here. Well the assumption of nothing or everything is moot as it is before any 4D and can be interpreted as one or both. Time is motion and is defined by the relative speed of observers traditionally. In timeline theory or 5D time all happens at once and can be perceived from beginning to end; and only timeline changes with different choices (that is a higher D where all timelines are observed).

one of those paths is a Path towards The Truth,

"if x does not change between two consecutive timesteps - all time derivatives of x are 0 at that particular t" That is quantum wave basically - all options exist in the quantum wave and once a choice or observation/return is made all other previous timeline possibilities cease to exist for that perception. The truth or lies thing goes more to philosophy and the vibrational frequency or total energy of defined set.

It seems to me that you are talking about the total energy of the set be it kinetic, vibrational, rotational, and mass. The interaction of wave forms modify both wave forms and form a new wave form. The influence can be large or small depending upon the amplitude and spin and other factors of each wave form (some have used meditation and visualization to stabilize their waveform). There is also collective waveforms it all just on how you define the set.

I disagree. I believe there is a lot more energy than our 4D set and we have access to that energy in small ways. If we 'assume' your truth is an increase in vibrational energy of the set and 'lie' is a decrease of vibrational energy of the set; then each interaction will give or receive energy or be a net zero. The full set of energy does not change but the sets within the pattern do. If all sets raised vibrational level than at some point 4D would break in the collective set and the collective set would return to the entire set or move to a different set that could contain that energy (ie 8D or 11D - new physical world).

For example your personal quantum wave includes all timeline possible for you and you choose and follow one and collapse the others and open a new set of timelines. But you don't have a timeline where you don't have a timeline it is defined in the 4D set.

The rules can be simple or complex depending upon what dimensional level you want to deal with them in. 3D is fairly simple, 4D a bit more complex it you take it higher it can get brain bending. For example I am pretty sure that the Lie 8 set projected geometrically on a hopf 4D sphere will resemble something very close to the Mandelbrot set - I just don't have the smarts and programs to prove it.

I am not sure about time yet. Energy I think is the one thing that is not relative. I do feel that mass and velocity and are side effects (of space time deviation) and not the primary measure.
