I got into xylene poisoning a couple years ago. Spent roughly 3 hours staining a basement floor with xylene based concrete stain that was meant for outdoor use.

Still having problems with my breathing. Found that activated charcoal cures breathing problems but I have to keep taking it every day. Went off of it for 2-3 days recently and problems came back. It's working just slowly. Was at a point where I had to take it morning and night, right now it's just morning. Need to get some milk thistle and have the courage to try dmso possibly in a neubilizer.

I refuse to go to a normal dr right now because the system is so fucking corrupt.

It will be good to go to the dr once things are fixed properly.
