Anons

I believe these are of the connections SkullAndBonesAnon wants us to make:

When SKBAnon says "Gov Involved," "Nothing Restored," "2017 summit was a sham,” It made me start looking into Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson, which ultimately led to Restore Hope Inc in Little Rock. It's a 501c3 with EIN: 81-1068852, aimed at addressing problems related to children in foster care and adult incarceration…"prisoners, children." They had a 2017 summit, bringing together players from all over Arkansas, Specifically Sebastian and White Counties. This also lines up with with the second set of drops…”Gov facilitated, Gov complicit." Gov Asa Hutchinson formed the Restore Hope alliance. The CEO is Paul Chapman jr., a former business analyst and manger at Alltel, which you mention in your article. Also, guess who is on the board…Senior Vice president of Dillard's Inc., Bill Dillard and last but not least, a guy name Ted Dickey. Dickey is both an alumni of the Univ. of Arkansas and elected member of Phi Beta Kappa! Also worth mentioning that Gov Hutchinson is an alum of the Univ. of Arkansas and practiced law in Fort Smith for 21 years as well as having run the DEA. “psychotropic drugs?”

Here’s where it gets juicy!

According to https://restorehopearkansas.org/about/our-team/, A woman named Abbie Taylor Cox is the Sebastian County Project Manager for Restore Hope. She is also the Executive director of STEPS Family Resource Center in Fort Smith! Per STEPS’ site (https://www.thestepsinc.org/current-events.html), they host an annual “Kid-Ducky Derby” to raise money to help foster children and families in none other than the Arkansas River Valley! “River of Blood?”

Per Wikipedia, The River Valley is between the Ozark and Ouachita Mountains….(”Walmart heiress builds museum in the Ozarks.”). It’s also known because of it’s fertile Farm lands,(“Farm Bill, who does it hurt, who does it help?”), but most importantly it’s also known as Arkansas’ wine country! “Red isn’t only for shoes.” Yes, it’s also for red wine. I’m thinking “River of Blood” may have a dual meaning here. There could be sacrifices going on there, as well as the fact that it feeds into vineyards that grow grapes for red wine.

While a person is in the River Valley, they may also want to take a yacht out on Lake Dardanelle, which the Arkansas River feeds directly into right next to the city of Fort Smith.

According to the first article I posted, as of the date of that article (7/9/2017), Chapman said that the non-profit was applying for grant money through the DOJ’s Second Chance Act Program. This, amongst many other potentials, could be the connection to the DOJ and the reason for the plane visit to grab records.

This has been the extent of my research so far but I believe I’m over the target. So many more connections to be made with what I’m seeing here.
