There are also older white people that live here because it's convenient to markets, etc… Some of them can't afford to move. It's not the whole city. You should be angry for the good people that have to live around this - hoping to finally be able to convince great-aunt to move. Lived here for 70yrs, home is paid off and doesn't want to lose her independence.
