I know of at least three personally that have been killed.. I have family there.. this guy is full of shit. People are killed there all the time. Neighborhoods and homes are surrounded by fences that can impale you and if you're lucky you have electrified wires on top of it. Not a good place to be right now if you're the wrong color.
