Any credibility to the claims that the kids are hidden in DUMBs where they're tested/experimented on? This makes the most sense to me, and it's hard for me to say, but children are just too valuable to just be "sacrificed" although it does happen. Secret societies run/infiltrate DUMBs, open black sites, and then the tunnels connect everything back to the surface.

And it'd make sense that they're trying to push this pedophile/sacrifice angle (not saying it doesn't happen) as a cover for perhaps what they're really doing - including genetic testing, cloning, and slavery.
