USGBC may be a canard but it’s how you ‘certify’ buildings for LEED certification. A lot of fees for engineers and bs paperwork. Yes, there is a Gold certification but honestly I dont see much there. I would dig on Haiti hospital but thats just me. Dealt myself with USGBC. Part of the environmental Bozo years bs but doubtful much there and yes, environmental construction can be really really interesting.
Depends on who is filing. We have to remember to discern. Cases may be brought against many which would just serve to roadblock other proceedings. We continue to discern.
