thanks guys, here's some other symbolism i picked up from other anons and put together.

322=3/22 march (mars) vernal equinox. mars rules the head/skull(aries) and the genitals (scorpio). mars is symbolized by red pigment and the metal iron (in alchemy). 3/22 is usually close to pesach/passover which is symolized by spreading blood on one's doorframe to be spared the holocaust against pharaoh (red doors).

another really good observation was made about the sphenoid (1 of 22 bones in human skulls) and it's 'keystone' type positioning in the skull and shaped sort of like a butterfly. the other mars symbol is the genitals which reside in the pelvis which also has a butterfly shape. in between are the 33 vertebrae.
