Here's an old rumor, don't know if it's true or not. A "risk management" (spooky) conference was being held at Windows on the World. The Israelis and Brits were hard hit. The Americans had a tendency to be late and never made it there even though it was scheduled for an hour before the first plane hit. Like I said, this is all rumor, can't confirm anything.
