If you look at the directory it is in you will find that it was from a cache of documents confiscated from Osama bin Laden's compound at Abbottabad, Pakistan
Conclusion: bin Laden was a conspiracy theory buff and kept that document as "proof" he could share with IslamoFascists
Jump in head first and join forces with bin Laden
BTW - Did anyone find the Springmeier a bit odd in that it only covered American bloodliines?
It totally disregards hundreds of years of European bloodlines and draws sketchy connections with no linkages to ANY documentation of his claims.
A little research into European ancestry might be more credible
