Both look perfect to me, and the font size is fine. You are a very talented artist, seriously.
One of them will be featured all over /qresearch/ at ~150x150pix on Christmas Eve/Day. I'll probably go with the second picture just cause the text is a bit bigger and will be more visible at a smaller size. I'll test to see which one looks good.
I can't go bigger than ~150x150pix or the mobile users will freak out. You'll see what I mean.
