I think he changed it today. Either way, within the last day or so. I checked it yesterday I think, and it was still the eagle.
It would take the House that impeached and the Senate that convicted (at 67 votes), to both approve his pick with majorities.

I think that's what will start it all. That proves what the surveillance was really about. Kinda like dominoes, everything just falls after that. Right now, the disbelievers can still find some dissonant way to justify their positions… that ability goes away.
