If NoName is imprisoned or has been executed, I don't think Cindy will take his seat. As a criminal herself, after seeing NoName dragged off by military police and convicted of treason, she would know it would not be in her best interest.

Many were police, but most were unmarked black SUVs.
To be executed that fast, NoName would have had to waive appeals. He certainly may have done so rather than rot away in prison.
