i zoomed in on that pic - looks like the tail rotor is happily spinning away with nothing surrounding it.
I don't think it's worth shedding blood over, but it seems there's spinning tail rotor off to the right.
Also, if you search the "Eurocopter Dauphin at night," you'll see it has a red light between the tail rotor and the cockpit. I don't see that to the left of the chopper in the pic. And even though there IS a red light to the right (in the direction of where I indicated a tail rotor might be), I still don't think the tail rotor is shrouded, as the spinning object is too large to have been shrouded.
take it back – there *might be a red light to the left of the cockpit, if the nose is facing right.
