Been contemplating this one myself.
I know some anons are dissapointed that some bad actors have escaped justice in the corporeal world. However the practice is unlikely to change.
I want to re-affirm (as most anons already know) that it is a long standing tradition of war to allow an enemy to choose death over dishonor.
If this was allowed for No Name, it is not so much for him as it is for innocents connected to him.
That ancient tradition may have been applied here.
The same concept applies to POTUS using his name and offering condolences to his family. Its part of the Poetry of War to show decorum in the death of an enemy.
We know Potus has no respect for No Name but is shows the charecter of our great leader to honor tradition.
