College of Cardinals within the Catholic Church is basically run by gangsters.
They have been electing very holy men to the papacy for some time, but these men are told to be good PR guys and turn a blind eye to the gangsters' dealings.
I think they fucked up with Francis. Francis isn't afraid of a little dirt and he's orchestrated the takedown of the gangster Cardinals the way Trump is draining the swamp.
Pope Francis's jabs at Trump during the election seemed too obvious.
