The left has already committed to opening up his past, searching all records to toss him before he gets up to a vote, right? But that hardly makes sense cuz he's been a Judge for 30 some years! His record's out there.
What isn't out there are the sealed files of Bill Clinton's impeachment trial which includes all the testimony and evidence of Vince Foster's death. That info will put down the Clinton Crime Family forever. Win if he's confirmed, win if They don't confirm.
