Suppose you knew in advance you would need to go deep undercover the rest of your life due to egregious acts against your government and you could never take the chance you would be recognized…

One problem you'd run into is facial recognition software. One way you might do that is for years have your face injected with some type of inert oil based product the like the type used to enlarge muscles.

For the next several years your face is photographed as the injection site slowly increases in size, and those pics are added to the database aggregate.

Maybe the jaw bc it's a large part of the recognition software and the safest place.
