Bring the old title up to your name on your paid off land. Post it properly and pay the taxes and file with BLM and you got it… Catch is this. It WILL NOT BE RESPECTED by authorities. SImple as that. We need these laws to be FORMALLY REINSTATED AND PROTECTED BY THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT AND STATE GOVERNMENTS. A Supreme Court case is needed or simply an act of congress. Its shameful that this was not codified in the Constitution. A Constitutional amendment would be excellent as well.
