So, Fox disabled ALL of the comments on their No Name tribute vids. But they didn't disable the thumbs down–yet.
Possibly, but sometimes I think we make it more complicated than it really is. Hands up seems to indicate arrests. It would be logical to think he's referring to the number of arrests and the timing to accomplish that.
The clock thing is still a mystery to me. I think I understand it then it appears to change. Not ruling it out, of course, but it seems to be above my pay grade.
