We know McStain does not that GBM nor did he ever have surgery for it. An escape/ funeral was already being planned and was mentioned by Q. IMO if McStain suicided why would be do it down to the minute complying with Q posts…. Q is in control…. so they chose when to take action with McStain. There is no reason to just kill him now so if dead he suicided. But most likely not dead in this scenario given he never had that cancer and that a bullshit story dying at home as u stop some miraculous med he was taking for it. BS meter off the chart.
