If the left eye is supposed to be Ra, then it is incorrect according to legend.
Horus had his left eye destroyed and rebuilt by the gods. The right eye symbolized the sun, the left eye symbolized the moon.
Notice that Sasuke in Naruto is inverted from Izanami/Izanami's similar tale. Amaterasu came from Izanagi's left eye and Tsukuyomi from his right.
The left eye is the eye of the moon. The right eye is the eye of the sun.
