I agree that the title is gross and stupid and the majority of the content was gross and stupid.
Censoring (or "editing") is pretty antithetical to what this is.
When a baker is obviously a garbage baker, tell them.
When the notables are obviously full of garbage, call it out.
Free speech and all that jazz.
Also: Accountability. If things are "edited", garbage baker is not accountable for their garbage breads.
