Q-tip: Have POTUS start making the Pledge of Allegence a public ritual at his rallies. Make it a part of his next speech. Singing the anthem is important, but it is musically complex and bathed in rhetoric. The Pledge is a far simpler and universal declaration, and therefore inherently more participatory. It also really pisses off the Libs, who hate what it has come to stand for but who recognize what it means, electorally, if they try to stand against it.

Make it a regular thing. Then start having people shout "AND TO THE REPUBLIC FOR WHICH IT STANDS".
