you used to be able to get pretty high up. my father was on a pretty high track, with distinguished military and nato service, but that all stopped immediately when Obama took office.
My poor pops still kinda tore up he didnt accomplish his goals in service, and feels forced out. There's a few older heads who share his sentiment.
