Same here anon. Paid 36k for my house 8 years ago, fixed it up. It's now worth 150k and a housing bubble building here in Wisconn Valley.

charged more in PT in 8 years than
I paid for the house. I'm waiting for
FoxConn then I'm going to bail and find
another fixer-upper away from a city
