So it's been heavily suggested throughout the course of anons' discussions on certain drops that some form of orbital wespondry exists, and has been implimented in recent times. I've heard the term "directed energy weapon" thrown around. Am I getting things mixed up? Some have suggested the fires in CA were started by these kinds of means. So I guess my question would be, do the blackhats still have access to these "exoctic" methods of attack?

Innocent people died in those fires. I really hope we find out more.
