Can someone give me a SAFE & LEGIT phone number to report pedo and drug crimes that are occurring in FL? Seriously, this info is for a friend who has tried calling authorities, but is met with laughter and a load of bs. In other words, this friend is hit with a brick wall at every turn. Do you know if the White House would be an appropriate contact?

Thank you. One of the perps involved stole 5K check out of mailbox and cashed it. Hell, even the post office is on the take. Grrrrrr Don't know who to trust
