Look into ownership history of ZH. It was certainly real to start with in '08. Sold out after forced offshore. Current owners have been dove with claws (JC ref FTITK).

It's going to get hit soon. Can't get up over 15. 10 yr low is 8.92. Back in '08 there was none to be had after it dropped below 10 unless a 6-8week lead time. So, in effect, none to be had.
