Just curious. I was watching this vid of Adm R speaking at Harvard back in Oct 2016 (kind of interesting insight into the climate/questions re: election security at that time), and I noticed the award/medal on his lower left (our right). Kind of looks like a Q. Wondered if any militaryfags had insight into what kind of a medal/award that was. Or maybe a photofag could get a better quality pic of it.

Kek, I should have looked at the shortened link. Q is the perfect last letter for that vid. Gotta say I've become a big fan of his, ever since I saw the Gen Flynn retirement vid. Gives me confidence to know that someone who is so concerned about following our laws is in such a position, well, was until June 1. That's one security clearance POTUS never has to revoke!
