Ok, this is my theory on how "Q" "predicted" MaCains death.

MaCain has been MIA for month's supposedly sick and receiving treatment.

What if he was really in a prison cell and stood trial for treason and was found guilty and sentenced to death and "Q" knew the day and time of MaCains death because that was the when the execution was going to be carried out?
