Foreign Assets likely means FVEY (UK, AUS, CAN, NZ). Maybe some others, obviously, but those are probably the main players. Goes back to Q's earlier references about access to intel through those channels. Really glad that POTUS pulled JB's clearance. More need to lose theirs too.
