Go find books by George Wasington Carver - most are free and his advice on soil works and is cheap.
got into soil by doing ranch maintenance. first contract owner asked if I could fix his soil so his wife could grow veggies - she tried - they died. a year later had it all going on 20 acres.
I also make waist-high gardens for seniors.
started small - now people finding out and digging the idea.
no bending over!
