Here's how I see that this part of the movie went down. Remember, this is a movie, so it's gotta be exciting and action-packed.. it can't just be No Name suicided himself peacefully in his bed..

So, the scene opens and you see agents descending upon the No Name Compound in Sedona, AZ. You see, he was given 30 days to comply with authorities to bring down the cabal, and on 8/25, 30 days had passed.

Agents storm the doors, and spot No Name sitting in his oversized leather chair, fully expecting the authorities. He had seen them coming on his security system. He knew what his fate would be.

Multiple agents approach No Name, guns directed at center mass on No Name's old, frail torso. The shout several times to put his "hands up!!" No Name calmly sits in his chair, hands crossed on his lap, and utters to the agents, "WE will always win, your movement will not last." He unfolds his hands, revealing a pill he had pulled from his suicide ring, and swiftly tosses it down his throat.

Agents rush to No Name to try to purge his system but the poison had quickly taken its effect. No Name was dead.

End Scene.

Then his family issues statements about he ended his life on his terms. But really, he was forced into a suicide weekend because GITMO was his only other option.
