lawfag, but not mil law…sounds like its a sentence conforming / giving guidance as to how / if UCMJ interacts with regular crim law for civilians. But not sure.
Personal opinion here, for what's it's worth is that NoName wasn't tried in a mil tribunal. Just given an ultimatum. I'm thinking Pelosi, Schumer, DiFi, HRC, Hussein, and others are going to receive similar ultimatums. They're all up there in years, and it's easy to disappear people with age / health issues. Allows for the "show" (big funerals, blah blah blah) to continue on the surface, and the Swamp draining to continue below the surface.
