A few weeks ago an anon posted an article that explained that the F_I and C_A have an "agent exchange" program. In the post there was a claim that Strzok was most likely a part of this program, meaning a Clown plant. Essentially injected into the F_I when needed? More importantly does the program list exchangees as 1099s as cover for the program? So that leads to the next question. Are Halper and Strzok part of the same "agent exchange" program? And if so does that mean that it is also illegal for Strzok to talk to foreigners or media on behalf of the F_I? Did he make the trip to London with his "lover" LP? I wonder who they talked to and what they said? Probably golf and grandkids.

Has anyone confirmed if it's legit?

Because in the communications there is discussion of pushing the fake dossier story to "the limey" which likely turned out to be Louise Mensch of the Guardian. If Strzok is connected to palpatines revenge and it's real and he is a contractor then wouldn't that put him in the same boat as Halper?
