Maybe it isn't just about us. Look at humanity over thousands of years were we have recorded history. In Egypt they found writings on Papyrus discussing who was cheating on who. We (humanity) haven't changed much. Just maybe there is a bigger picture that encompasses more than the individual. What if our actions could influence thousands of years? Maybe something as simple as holding a door for someone. Our interaction may be like the weather. One butterfly could change the course of a storm. Sometimes those small things have impact. Child abuse is trans-generational. We pass ourselves to other generations. It's big and yet so small and simple.
