Dept. of State FOIA reading room - Halper leads a US delegation seeking 'buy in' from the UK re: restriction of missile technology in 1982. Then ~10 years later, he gets busted with crack? Then ~20 years later he gets dusted off and is given his first of several lucrative DoD 'contracts'??

Went to look since I didn't have any idea. First article - WaaaaPo. Funny - his contracts were paid by the DoD, but this article names him as an FBI source. Fuckers and fuckery.
