I don't even know where to begin making sense of it.
The way it's structured, if REQ is some entity that is highest level and unlocked by revealing UK and Five Eyes shit, it's basically Spectre from Bond. Actually it's exactly Spectre from Bond. Right?
In Spectre, the five eyes program took over intelligence and made it global. Spectre pulled strings to do that simply so they could watch ALL the intelligence agencies and do bigger dirt.
So who's the real life Spectre?
That actually works out. But then it prob just means Obama.
