I've also been curious as to why it hasn't received coverage. Sundance at The Conservative Treehouse has written about it extensively, but otherwise, nada. But remember, Dan Coats declassified it, and that is unprecedented, so they wanted it open to the public. Another point, and I can't recall exact details, but steps were taken to remove the loopholes that had allowed exploitation of the data collection before the renewal in 2017. Devin Nunes made sure of that.
