I'd never heard half staff until this week!
He was simply going by the book; raising and lowering as protocol decreed.
People seem to forget that POTUS is fighting (((them))) by the book; according to the rule of law.
I hope he wasn't as many of us anons want to know for sure that these enemy traitors really do get their just dessert!
