No, Session recused himself so that Rosenstein could do his part; act as a firewall against a corrupt congress.

If Sessions had not recused himself, he would have to answer questions and subpoenas from the congress. Session would have no choise but to answer truthfully and therefor reveal information that a corrupt congress should not know.

Rosenstein is a black hat acting as a black hat under durress; his task is to obstruct and lie to protect information DOJ do not want the congress to obtain. This is illegal and Rosenstein is the fall guy. White hats in congress will only threathen Rosenstein with legal action to upheld the illusion that he is not cooperating, any action will not be taken as long as his services as firewall are needed, iow as long as the congress is corrupt.

Q's intention with indicating that there exists a question that can end all speculation [of the legality of Q and the Q-movement] was not to 'force' someone to ask POTUS; it was to force fake news media to start reporting on the Q-movement.

By indicating that Q could 'force' someone to ask the question and that POTUS would answer it, fake news media had no choice but to start reporting on the Q-movement to not risk loosing control of the [fake news] narrative.
