Google does not manipulate search
but they do give the algorithm details to specific people (think ShareBlue) so they can design bots to manipulate search terms.
If you call a search term in Google from lots of IP addresses you can manipulate what site comes to the top and what will autofill.
This is what leftist organizations are doing!
