Aeems to me the person who should be ashamed is the one who allowed herself through greed to get so fat. A bit more public shaming of those with out of control appetites would be a good thing, imo, and I include in that group those whose sexual appetitte is so out of control that they are addicted to spying through keyholes - viewing pornography, in oither words.
