Dopey refers to one of the Seven Dwarfs in Snow White. We all also know that it is the name of one of 7 computers controlled by the clowns.
The Q post reminds me of my time being involved in high level finance in the 1980s. This was the time when brokers, who were working outside of any regulatory structures, were running around trying to match billionaires/billion $ foundations with promissory notes. This ended up being a complete and utter scam as it was all based on Black Eagle funds (off the books gold).
Anyway…. Because of being involved with this area I found out about the fact that there were 'black screen' computers (I don't remember if that was the terminology as it was such a long time ago) that allowed the operator of one of these machines to monitor any financial transaction in the world in real time. It also allowed for the hijacking of transactions and stealing of the funds. There were at least 3 of these computers in the world (In actual fact I think there were 7!!! Wow! I think that this is the smoking gun!!) and very few people knew about them.
George Bush Snr. is known to have had one or to have had access to one of these.
If the Q post is mentioning Dopey in a post that also mentions Black Forest, which just happens to be one of the locations of a Rothschild house/manor/castle/fortress or whatever, then one of these financial computers is located there. It does make perfect sense.
