Military tribunals are not civil courts, they are not public nor public record. They CAN be, but they do not HAVE to be.
Treason against the country is outside civil jurisprudence. the penalty can be death.

With our civilian court system corrupted (NM jihadi school shooter training camp etc) you don't want saving the country left to the corruption to decide.
You and I do not sit on military tribunals. It is a military court, NOT a civil proceeding. It is outside the scope of civilian jurisprudence. the 'regular rules' of civilian law do not apply. Military rules do.
The military is in good hands.
I understand that you want it tidier. Civilian-approved. But it is outside our hands. Because this is war. We are at war. That's the bottom line, we are at war, and these are acts of war.
