Mein Kampf gives a pretty good description of what the Nazi ideology purported to be. As I remember it, their initial objective was to have restored all the lands that were taken away by the Treaty of Versailles. I don't recall reading anything about grabbing land in Western Europe (except for Alsace). Aside from the International Capitalists (who were labelled 'Jews'), Hitler's main target was the Slavs. Oh, and Gypsies. If there was an expansion plan, it was to the East.
