Holy See becomes the shadow govt operating behind the Reich, but serves the master (Roths / Satan), using the Germanics as their shield. Rinse, repeat for Switzerland, London, DC, etc.
Second Reich (WWI) was Pan-Germanism experiment (division and conflict), and WWII was a reprise. All along, the same families have been in total control all along.
