IF military tribunals and even executions are happening, it is important that anons understand a vital departure from the way we normally think—-

This is WAR.

Civil jurisprudence does not apply.

State crimes codes and courts apply to crimes by civilians occurring within the states. Federal crimes codes and courts apply to crimes by civilians occurring between the states.

These are what you normally think of when you think of 'wrongdoing'. Police doing some arrests. A jury. A judge. A trial. But that is civil jurisprudence only.

War exists outside these internal systems. War is the province of our Executive branch; our military. Military handles war, civilian courts do not. Military tribunals are not subject to public scrutiny.

Normally Congress must approve any declaration of war EXCEPT the president has the power to do so when

"in case of a national emergency created by attack upon the United States, its territories or possessions, or its armed forces"

I would say our current situation fits the requirement.

WE are Q, WE are dissolving our corrupt government. And our military is acting on OUR behalf. Military actions (not the civilian systems we are used to). We are witness to it. Morally, some civilians should be. WWG1WGA. That is profound.

We are at war.

Enemy combatants, treason, attacks that threaten the roots of our nation and all its people, military actions, military tribunals. And quite possibly, executions.
