My dad watched a Patriot return home at airport in Chicago on the 23rd. He said he cried because he was recieved by firetrucks shooting water arch and watched the whole ceremony. His remains were met by a very young wife. I watched for news so I could give my respects. But there hasnt been any. I sent my prayers to his family.

It brought back memories for my father of his return from Nam. He sat in the back if a C130 with 240 silver boxes and guarded their return home. He never told me that story before.

I have so much respect and love for our armed services. They are always in my prayers.
